Our work process
5 clear steps, professionally executed.
-
1
On-site assessment
We arrive fast and assess the problem, tank size or type of blockage — free of charge.
-
2
Intervention plan
We clearly explain what will be done, the estimated time and the final price — no surprises.
-
3
Work with modern equipment
Modern vacuum trucks with a 160 bar (100 l/min) high-pressure pump and professional unblocking/cleaning nozzles.
-
4
Clean-up after completion
We leave the site clean. You won't know we were there — except for the result.
-
5
Paperwork issued
We issue a VAT invoice and an emptying certificate for authorities.
Why we rely on a standardised process
A clear process means you know from the start what will happen, how long it takes and what it costs. The five steps above apply identically to a household in a commune and to a restaurant in Bacau city; only the equipment and time allocated differ.
The on-site assessment is free and commits you to nothing. If you decide not to proceed, you do not pay for the assessment. The price stated before we start is the final price, except when a new problem is discovered — a cracked pipe, for instance — in which case we stop, explain and you decide how to continue.
- ✓ Free, no-obligation assessment before any work
- ✓ Price stated and accepted before the job starts
- ✓ Modern equipment: vacuum truck and 160 bar pump, 100 l/min
- ✓ Work area cleaned at the end of the job
- ✓ VAT invoice and documents for the authorities on request
What to prepare before we arrive
A few simple things shorten the job: clear access to the tank or manhole, move cars if the truck has to enter the yard, locate the chamber cover if it is under soil or grass, and note any nearby water source for jetting work, although we carry our own tank.
For an apartment building, association or institution it helps to have someone present who knows the pipe route and can authorise the start of work and sign the paperwork.
